Prohibited Personnel Practices, 5 USC 2302 Prohibited Practices outlines procedures that are not allowed within government employment. It also dictates what factors (age, sex, race, etc.) that cannot be used in determining employment.
Project Grant Applications Approval Conditional on Assurances of Airport Operations, 49 USC 47017 The Secretary of Transportation may approve a project grant application for an airport development project only if the airport will be available for public use on reasonable conditions and without unjust discrimination.
Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976, PL 94-210, 45 USC Ch 17 This act provides for the rehabilitation and maintenance of railroad facilities.
Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973, PL 93-236, 45 USC 701 This act provides for federal assistances in the rehabilitation and maintenance of railroads and railroad facilities.

Telecommunications for the Disabled Act of 1982, 47 USC 609 Required that workplace telephones used by persons with hearing aids and emergency telephones had to be hearing aid compatible. This means that such phones have to be equipped to transmit signals that can be received by hearing aids.
Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), 15 USC 2601 This act governs the use of toxic chemicals. It specifies that each agency must develop data over the chemicals as well as provide an authority oversee its handling and usage.
