United States Department of Transportation's 2005 African American History Month Observance presents the 100th Anniversary of the Niagra Movement. Professor Willima B. Gould IV, author of Diary of a Contraband: The Civil War Passage of a Black Soldier, will be the guest speaker. There will also be a special performance by the Pearls of Wisdom.
