Our Services:
- Plan, develop, and maintain DOCR's case-tracking system
- Analyze civil rights case processing data in support of compliance
and enforcement activities and for planning and evaluation purposes
- Provide advice and guidance on statistical and methodological
studies in support of civil rights compliance activities
- Evaluate the progress of operating administrations and DOCR
components in accomplishing DOT's civil rights program goals and
objectives
- Develop civil rights and equal employment opportunity reports
prescribed by the Secretary and other enforcement and oversight
authorities
- Prepare DOCR's input for the Department's Strategic
Plan, Annual Accomplishment Report, Performance
Plan, annual report to Congress, and other plans and accomplishment
reports
